It's been a while since the last post, but we would like to share information about the annual concert of the Tokyo studio held back in September. It was divided into two sections: one for kids and the other for adults due to the large number of performers. For the kids division, we had solo performance as well as duo piano performance with friends and families. For the adults division, the order of the performance was arranged based on the periods such as Baroque, Romantic, and Modern/Contemporary music. It was then followed by a mini concert performed by advanced-level students and instructors. We had a chance to play a Steinway concert grand piano, so it looked like everyone enjoyed the performance on the stage. Miki joined the concert from Singapore and had a great time. mimi piano studio の広報を担当しております山本です。だいぶ時間が空いてしまいましたが、去る9月18日に開かれました、東京教室（根本音楽教室）の発表会の様子を紹介させて頂きます。
根本音楽教室では、隔年ごとに、子供から大人までの全体発表会と、大人のための音楽会とを実施しております。今年は全体発表会の年で第21回目となりました（大人のための音楽会と合わせると、計29回目となります）。スタインウェイのフルコンサートモデルを使用した、非常に豪華な発表会となりました。Part I の子供の部では、ソロ演奏が13名、デュオ・歌・アンサンブルが8グループ、ファミリーコンサートでは10家族が演奏されました。講師による特別演奏を挟んで、最後は全員合唱で締め括りました。休憩時間の後、Part II の大人の部では、古典派、ロマン派、近代・現代、デュオ・歌と分けて大人の生徒が演奏し、その後は講師を含めたミニコンサートを催しました。
シンガポール教室講師の有村も参加し、ミニコンサートにおいて、繁田優菜さんと一緒に、アメリカ現代音楽の作曲家、ウィリアム・ボルコムの「エデンの園」より、第１楽章・罪深い人間と第３楽章・へびのキスを２台のピアノで演奏しました。東京教室主催者の根本は、最後の締めとして、ショパンの通称・別れの曲で親しまれている、練習曲 作品10 第3番を演奏しました。そして、ムソルグスキー作曲の組曲「展覧会の絵」は、総勢6名で全楽章を演奏しております。残念ながらすべての演奏をお見せすることはできませんが、演奏会の様子の一部をまとめた動画をアップロードしましたので、ぜひご覧頂いて、少しでも当日の雰囲気が伝わればと思います。
